Skirt was to long
been I touch with customer care for advice to return it still waitin
Took to parcel ship it was returned the next day
Every took it off me and they have returned it
Still waiting a message to say you have received it 😡

Thank you for your review. I just want to clarify that the reason your refund is taking longer than our normal procedure is down to the fact that you did not use our returns portal to return you parcel.
For customers who use our returns portal, the process is very simple however when a customer returns a parcel direct themselves, we have must less visibility and therefore takes longer to locate and refund.
Customer care have been in touch throughout the process to advise this and are helping as much as possible.
