We hope every Needs No Label purchase satisfies but are pleased to accept valid returns via our simple process.
Preparing your return
Please return items in the original packaging.
Go to the Returns Portal
Enter your details into our Returns Portal. You will need your 4-digit order number (you can find on your order confirmation email) and the email address used to place the order.
Select items
Select the items and reason for return from the drop-down menu.
Return with Royal Mail
You will be emailed both a QR code and a printable returns label, then simply take your parcel to a Post Office or choose pick up with Royal Mail
We will process your return
You'll get an email once we receive your returned item, but please allow up to 10 working days from receipt of this email to allow our warehouse to process your refund.
Return window
Our returns window is 28 days from the shipping date of your order.
We recommend making your return within 14 days to ensure the fastest possible processing time.
Return cost
UK returns have a cost of £2.45 that will be deducted from the refunded amount.

What are Green Returns?
Needs No Label have chosen Royal Mail for all return postage in line with our core values to increasingly reduce emissions within our operations.
Royal Mail are building on their network of on-foot deliveries, rolling out electric vans, using biofuels in their trucks and renewable energy to power their buildings to help reduce their emissions even further.
Customers should now be able to choose pick up option when returning your parcel. This means this will hopefully reduce your carbon emissions while travelling to your nearest post office.
How can I initiate a return?
Returning your order has never been easier, to make a return to us, please visit our Returns Portal and follow the instructions provided.
Is it possible to exchange my item?
You have 28 days from the shipping date of your order to request an exchange. Exchanges beyond this period are only accepted under exceptional circumstances; please contact Customer Care for more information.
All items for exchange must be unworn, in their original condition, and with tags attached. We cannot process exchanges or refunds for items that show signs of wear, are returned outside the exchange window, or are missing their original tags. In such cases, we will notify you and request that you arrange for the return shipment of the items to your address at your own expense. Please note that we are not responsible for these items while they are stored at our warehouse. Shipping and return fees apply.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
It can take up to 10 working days from when you send your return to our warehouse for your refund to be processed. All returns are subject to our routine inspection. We’ll send you an email once your return has been processed.
Please note: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
Do you offer free returns?
Returns within the UK will be charged at £2.45 per parcel. This return cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS
Please contact customercare@needsnolabel.com with details and photographs of the product fault and please also ensure when returning on our portal you select 'faulty' and insert the information required.

Thank you for shopping at Needs No Label. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Needs No Label Ltd, 15 West Heath Court, North End Road, London, NW11 7RE.Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.Service refers to the Website.Website refers to Needs No Label, accessible from https://www.needsnolabel.comYou means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Return Rights
You are entitled to return Your Order within 28 days of despatch without giving any reason for doing so.In order to exercise Your right of return, You must activate your return via ourReturns Portal.We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement apart from the return delivery fee which will be subtracted from your final refund. Please note in order for your returns to be processed you may not return items from different orders in the same parcel.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:- The Goods are returned within 28 days of it being despatched- The Goods are in the original packaging- The Goods were not used or damaged- You have proof of purchase- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the risk of returning the Goods to Us.We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
